Works consisted of stripping out all floor finishes, floor substrate’s were lowered to accommodate new insulation, underfloor heating and large porcelain tiles and natural timber flooring.
Walls were moved to improve the layouts making the most of the skylights giving views of the riverside skyline.
Bathrooms and kitchens were fitted out to a very high standard using bespoke worktops, sinks and joinery.
Energy efficient appliances were installed throughout. New doors and ironmongery were installed and a new dimmable lighting scheme was introduced using a variety of lighting styles to compliment the other finishes.
At completion Drakemoor were then employed to dress the apartments with the finest accessories.
