Choice Support – parkview

Drakemoor were appointed by Lawson Queay on behalf of Choice Support to completely renovate a single storey dwelling to provide an assisted living care home for a long term patient, these works were carried out over a 16 week period, working closely with the NHS, Building Control and Care Assistants to provide a safe living environment, which included ground works, drainage, new tarmac driveways, roofing works, converting the garage into a staff sleepover, new flooring, new kitchen, new bathroom with anti-ligature sanitary ware, landscape gardening, fire alarms, access control, new lighting and power, full central heating system, bespoke joinery and decorating throughout.
