Warehouse redevelopment with mezzanine floor
Back in October 2022 Drakemoor successfully completed the fit out of this empty warehouse space in Ashford, Kent for Hawk-Woods ltd.
The construction of a new mezzanine floor has provided the company with office space and internal workshops. As well as this, the open warehouse benefits from the construction of two new machine rooms and a bespoke shelving and racking system.
The space was fully decorated and new services were installed throughout. This included new lighting, power and data cabling as well as air conditioning. Fire rated glazing and doors were also included.
